Its really cold and the water is freezing even in summer but midsummer it looks like a Tropical Island (minus the palm trees)

An Island beach bonfire. In mid summer many go the the beach and light bonfires with driftwood and old wooden pallets. It takes some patience waiting for sunset with comes anytime around midnight and sometimes even then its not really totally dark. Some get impatient and light them at about 11pm when its still light like this one before midnight...

Ah the days are starting to get longer.
ReplyDeleteAye they are!.... and just the other day I noticed that, all of a sudden, and thought well you know Spring is just around the corner......
ReplyDeleteEven the bulbs are starting to send up their shoots and I'll not be wanting to tell them that its still at least two months away.
